Permission Based Email Marketing: Asking For Permission First Makes All The DifferencePermission based marketing is a really effective way to build a relationship with vistors to your site. As the name suggests the visitors give you permission to communicate with them. You have their attention and that is worth a lot (see AIDA: Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) Permission based marketing is usually the same as a mailing lists. You include a form on your web site and encourage visitors to submit their name and email address to receive newsletters and promotional offers by email. Many site owners entice visitors by giving away for example a free e-book in exchange for joining the list. Permission based marketing is very effective. It creates a relationship between you and the prospect. It builds trust and you can inform about your services in a relaxed manner.
